ChezVelo, Covid19 – Stand der Dinge August 2021

Hallo Zusammen
Der Alltag hat nun gezeigt, dass die Einhaltung der Massnahmen zum grossen Teil recht gut funktioniert, wir aber dennoch ab und zu an unsere Kapazitätsgrenzen stossen und sind daher nach wie vor auf euer Verständnis bei Wartezeiten und anderen eventuell nicht ganz ‚planbaren‘ Situationen angewiesen.
Für Verkaufsberatungen im Bereich ‚Performance‘ und für Spezialaufbauten von Velos, empfehlen wir auch weiterhin, einen Termin – innerhalb unserer gewohnten Öffnungszeiten – mit uns zu vereinbaren. Da wir keine sehr grossen Verkaufsflächen haben können bei uns aktuell max. 2 – 3 Personen (Kunden) gleichzeitig anwesend sein. Eine Schutzmaske in Verkaufsläden ist nach wie vor verbindlich, daher bitten wir euch, sich weiter an diese Massnahme zu halten ! Seid so gut und respektiert auch den Abstand von den ca. 1 – 1.5 Metern (wo immer möglich), zu uns und allen anderen Kunden, auch vor dem Eingang. Am Eingang selbst besteht zum dem die Möglichkeit, sich die Hände zu desinfizieren.

For sales advice in the area of ‚performance‘ and for ’special bike projects‘, we still recommend making an appointment with us – within our usual opening times. Since we do not have very large sales areas, we can currently have a maximum of 2-3 people (customers) present at the same time. A protective mask is still compulsory in stores, so we ask you to continue to adhere to this instruction ! Be so good and please respect the distance of 1-1.5 meters (wherever possible) to us and all other customers, also in front of the entrance.
